It's Sunshine Mail

Here's my card for Sunshine Mail Foundation. When I saw Sophie with her bouquet in hand I could see her outside picking a hand full of flowers.  I went with a friend to Ross and while she shopped I went to the craft aisle and found this sweet 6x6 paper pad by Pebbles for only 1.99.  I couldn't pass it up.  I decided to use as much of the paper on this card as I could.   Our sponsor is Stamp Art By Design by Kathryne.

Recipe ingredients:
Stamp Art by Kathyn
Pebbles Family Ties paper pad
Kimberly water color pencils
Bic Mark it markers
MK Success edge punch
Martha Stewart edge punch

The Gift of God

While organizing my scrap room, I found these digital prints in my stash ready to color and use.  How appropriate for this season!  I can't remember where I got them from so if you know please let me know so that I can give them credit.  I see a lot of crosses on the grounds of many churches all over the city draped in purple cloth.  It's a constant reminder to the world that He lives.

First Road Trip

Sharing the inside of my mini album made for Scraps of Color E:Spire Design Team post.  I am still reminiscing the fond memories at the annual retreat.  This is one of the mini albums I completed.  It's for my sweet baby nephew.  I can't wait to adhere the photos and make it postal!  The Travel Page Kit by American Crafts was purchased at Marshal's a few years ago and I used it all accept for the airline paper and bon voyage embellishments. The luggage chipboard mini was a RAK.

Let Go and Let God

Trying to use some scraps from my Persnickety paper pad.  I rarely use green and I love the way it came out.  It has an earthy look.  We know God created the heaven and earth so 'Let Go and Let God' was the perfect sentiment.  And below is a gateway card using the same paper.
Recipe:
Verve sentiment

Sizzix die cut leaf
Recollection fiber and flowers
