Prima Doll Parade

We're having a Prima Doll Parade today at Embrace Your Art from a swap we just had.  I only have three Prima Dolls and since I was indecisive I made two for my partner.  They are Megan and Suzi.  Stickles was added to the jacket I made for her as well as the bottom of her dress and shoes. Below is a close up.

This is the tag in it's entirety.

With this Prima Doll I used embossing powder on the sentiment and flock for the sand at the bottom of her feet.

With Heartfelft Sympathy

Just a quick post for this sympathy card I made at a crop last night with an inspired MOJO Monday sketch.  The papers from  Paper House Colorways. It's quite simple.  It's stamped with no coloring or embellishments, which is not my style.  You know what?  I love it!  Make it a great day bloggers!

African Violet Burlap Wreath

My "Delta" mother went to glory on my birthday.  It still doesn't seem real, but I know she is helping God run things in heaven.  She and my mother were the same age and had the same morals and discipline.  Ma Mildred as she was affectionately called, was a wise woman and full of knowledge in Delta Sigma Theta sorority. She was a beautiful soul, always giving, and teaching and checking to make sure all things were "Decent and In Order".  This wreath was suppose to go on the door of a session she was going to teach at our reclamation after we heard of her sudden death.  I finally finished it.

Our Reclamation was a cowboy theme and I have photos of the table decors to share with you.  My Crafty sisters Rhoda, Nicole and Samantha came to my rescue to help assist with completing the table decors for the event.  This is what we started with.  All purchased from Michael's.

The Finished Touch

Hope you enjoyed the visit here.  Your comments are certainly encouraging.
I will be sure to stop by your blog and leave a little love as well.  Happy Paper Crafting!
