Black History Month BINGO Challenge

I hosted a Black History Month Bingo challenge over at Scraps of Color.  The goal is to BINGO using every item on the Bingo card making a layout.  I created an 8x8 layout (with paper and lace I've hoarded way too long) of my mother with one Bingo (C – Down) AND decided to do a Pocket Letter for the heART of it using every item on the Bingo card!

8x8 layout of my mother when she was younger.
C (Down)

Chipboard piece (flower)
Pearls (under the lace)
Metal (key)
3D embellishment (chipboard button and flower)
Lace (above the pearls)

Entering in the following challenges
Word Art Wednesday - #220 Inspirational
613 Avenue #165 Anything Goes with Optional Twist Lace and Pearls
Crafty Catz  #313 Special Lady

Have you ever had one of those days when you felt Artsy Crafty?  I was feeling it when I created this Pocket Letter.

Die cut – musical notes
Edge punch is on the Embellished ATC
The word love is a metal piece on the chipboard banner

Bling flower on the natural girls hair
Black butterflies
Quote is in the middle
Negative space in the middle
SOC free space
Metal piece is love on the banner and metal on the Embellished ATC card
Inked on the Underground Railroad and edges on some of the ATC cards (Can you see the feet under the train?)
Special event on the traffic light
Date is on the traffic light and the natural girl
Banner is above the tree stamp
3D embellishment is my train used with pop dots on the caboose and wheels
Flower on the Embellished ATC and natural girls’ hair
